HUSH Reservation Policy
At HUSH, every reservation is intentionally prepared for you — from customized formulations to curated timing and elevated service.
Our stylists reserve dedicated time and resources for each guest, and we value that commitment deeply.
We kindly require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the reserved time to a guest on our waitlist and maintain the level of service we are known for.
Cancellations & Modifications
Reservations cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee of the reserved services.
Reservations cancelled, rescheduled, or modified the day before will incur a 50% fee.
Reservations cancelled, rescheduled, or modified the day of will incur a 100% fee of the reserved services.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of services booked.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may choose to:
• Receive the remainder of their reserved service at full price, or
• Reschedule for a 25% fee of the reserved services.
Out of respect for our team and our guests, we are unable to extend appointment times beyond what is reserved.
