CANCELLATION POLICY

Our stylists' time is valuable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. This gives our stylists time to contact and schedule any clients that may be on a waitlist, allowing us to better serve everyone.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a service will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show appointments without notice may be subject to 100% of the cost of the service to ensure future booking

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate and reschedule your appointment to best suit your needs. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a 100% charge for the services booked.
